Drunk II [Reader x Luffy]

"Oi, [Name]!" you heard Zoro call your name.

You turned around to see Zoro dragging Luffy by the shirt and raised an eyebrow.

"What happened to him?" you asked.
"He's drunk," Zoro said simply, dropping Luffy at your feet.
"Uh, drunk or, like, drunk?" you stared at Luffy.
"Drunk," he sighed. "Oh well, he's your problem now!"

You stared in disbelief as Zoro walked away yawning. One day, you were going to kill that swordsman. Seriously.

"What do I do with you now?" you muttered, nudging Luffy with your foot.
"Huh~?" Luffy slurred, looking up.
"Good morning, sleeping beauty," you laughed.
"Y-You think I'm beautiful?" Luffy blushed.
"Oh my god, you're drunk," you gasped.

Luffy started fidgeting and staring at his feet.

"You're kinda pretty," Luffy said softly.
"Uh, thank you?" you snorted.
"But don't tell anyone that!" he yelled.
"Right, right," you sighed.
"I'M SERIOUS, DON'T EVEN TELL ME!" he shouted.
"But-...okay...," you said, not bothering to argue. "Let's get you to bed."

Luffy huffed and rolled around on the floor.

"I don't wanna~!" he whined. "I'm a big boy now, I don't have bed times!"
"But--"
"OH MY GOD, YOU LOOK LIKE ONE OF MY CREW MATES!"
"Lu--"
"ARE YOU GUYS TWINS?"
"N--"
"AH, I GET IT, IT'S MYSTERY PEOPLE!"
"It's not--"
"YOU KIDNAPPED HER AND YOU'RE COPYING HER!"
"Just--"
"I'M GONNA KIC--"
"SHUT UP!"

Luffy stopped talking and stared at you.

"Finall--"
"Who are you?"

You massaged your temples trying to calm down. You picked him up by the shirt, ignoring the thrashing hands.

"Noo~! I'm a big boy! I can walk by myself!" he cried.
"It's for your own good," you sighed.
"Hey, hey, hey, hey, you know, I'm gonna be the Pirate King! Wanna join my crew?" he laughed.
"I'm already in your crew," you said, walking to the men's dormitory.
"Oh," Luffy said simply. "Can you poop?"
"I dunno, can I?" you asked.
"I'm asking you, baaaka~," he said, sticking his tongue out at you.

You opened the door to the men's dormitory, finding it empty. Lovely, you thought to yourself. You headed to Luffy's bed, and dropped him into it, hearing him rant about something.

"So if penguins are birds, why can't they fly? Birds have to fly, but penguins can't. Are they mystery birds? Wait, do penguins taste good? I wanna eat a penguin. I'll tell Sanji to cook one. Maybe Usopp can catch a penguin. Are there penguins in the Grand Line?"
"Luffy, shut up," you said.
"Haaai~!" he said, obediently.

You took his hat, slowly and cautiously, as to not anger his drunken form. You placed it on the hook near his bed and tucked him in. Luffy looked at you.

"Hey can I tell you a secret?" he whispered.
"...Sure."
"But you have to promise not to tell!" Luffy stared.
"I promise."
"Pinky swear!" said Luffy, sticking out his pinky finger.

You hooked your pinky with his.

"Okay, good!" he said cheerfully.
"What's your secret?" you said, amusing yourself by playing along.
"I like this girl called [Name], she's reeeally pretty and she's super strong! She's in the crew too, and that's good! She plays a lot of games with me and fishes with me and helps me when I fall into the water! I like her a lot!" Luffy ranted like a little school girl.

You blushed lightly at his "secret".

"Don't tell anyone, okay?" Luffy smiled brightly.
"I won't," you giggled.

You patted his hair and turned off the lamp. You walked towards the door to leave and get to your own cozy little bed.

"GOOD NIGHT~!" yelled Luffy.
"Night, Luffy," you said softly. "Sweet dreams."
