Grass [Reader x Zoro]

"Join my crew!" Luffy said.

You stared at him. Then Zoro. Then you burst out laughing.

"I've never been in a crew with a lawn before, but there's a first for everything!" you said, making fun of Zoro's hair.
"You're funny!" laughed Luffy.

"Tch."

You stepped onto the Thousand Sunny for the first time. It was absolutely beautiful. You felt something tickle your feet and you looked down. There was grass on the deck. Holy cowshit.

Then you burst into fits of giggles. The crew looked at you.

"What's wrong, [Name]?" asked Nami.
"Look, it's Zoro!" you said, pointing at the ground.

Zoro glared at you.

"Your ass is grass and-!" started Sanji, in an argument with Zoro.
"Actually Sanji, his hair is," you said.
"[Name]-chwaaan~!" Sanji cooed, doing his love tornado.

"I'm surrounded by idiots," muttered Zoro.

You stared at Zoro.

"When you shower, does a flower grow on your head?" you said. Zoro stared back as if you were an escaped mental patient.
"You know, because you have a head of grass," you continued. "And dirt for brains."

"WHAT DID YOU SAY?"

You hummed. Zoro twitched and the crew perked up. You humming meant you had another theory about Zoro's hair.

"When you have haircuts, do you call it mowing?" you asked. "And does it have that fresh mowed lawn smell?"

Zoro facepalmed.

Two years later, you stepped onto Sabaody Archipelago. Excited to see your nakama once again, you took the vivre card from your pocket. The card inched forward and you charged toward that direction. You saw Shakky's bar ahead and someone walking out of it. You saw the three swords and brightened up.

"Zoro!" you said, running towards him.

He turned around and as soon as you saw the bright green sitting atop his head, you tackled him.

"I missed my portable garden!" you laughed.
"Hn."
"Zoro~," you whined.
"Fine, I missed you too," Zoro huffed.

You giggled and leaned up to kiss him.

"That's better."
